Guided Meditation & Activities Bundle This offering includes a 9-minute lesson and guided self-compassion practice for the whole family. Individual activities are created for each age group to foster the deepening of self-compassion practices. Nine children activities include what it means to be a friend to self, respond to hurt, and practice openness with all of their experiences through activities and coloring sheets. Seven adolescent activities include resources for how to define what brings them comfort, identify needs, and respond to self in respectful and compassionate ways. Eight caregiver activities include psychoeducation on what self-compassion is, why it matters, and various ways of implementing it for themselves and their families via exercises and worksheets.
