Who are the resources and trainings for?

Our trainings may be tailored to professionals (e.g., therapists, teachers) and/or caregivers broadly.  Resources may be used in conjunction with therapy or stand alone based on needs. Each tool comes with a parent guide with information about utility and facilitation instructions. The resources are educational and are not prescribed treatment interventions for you. No. Our content is for educational purposes only and is based on evidence-based strategies, established research, and clinical experience. Purchase of tools do not constitute a therapeutic relationship, creators are not your providers, and it is not the provision of mental health treatment.

When searching for a licensed therapist, you may want to consider:
- therapeutic approach
- in-person sessions vs. telehealth
- insurance vs. out of network (private pay)
- scheduling availability
- training background and areas of specialization
- interpersonal style
- other salient identity considerations

You may search for providers via search engine, via in-network providers, or using therapist directories (e.g., therapyden.com, inclusivetherapists.com, psychologytoday.com). You may also choose to ask for referrals from your trusted community network.
