Who are the courses and downloadables for?

We created our tools to be used by caregivers who hold parenting roles and are entrusted with the care of a child in any capacity (e.g., therapists, teachers, coaches, family members, etc.). Tools may be used in conjunction with therapy or stand alone based on needs. Each tool comes with a parent guide about information about utility and facilitation instructions.

No. Our content is for educational purposes only and is based on evidence-based strategies, established research, and clinical experience. Purchase of tools do not constitute a therapeutic relationship, creators are not your providers, and it is not the provision of mental health treatment.

If you are wanting something more specific, we recommend checking out our shorter courses or our downloadable activities to find what may suit your individual needs. All of our content encompasses skills that can be useful for both children and parents alike.
