We've created several series that highlight different parenting skills, approaches, and values-informed actions that may be of use to you.
Check out a preview of our many series below!
01
Play Series
Play is an instrumental activity in childhood: it’s how children learn and develop their skills, gain a sense of mastery, and make sense of their world. Unstructured play also provides opportunities for fostering curiosity and creativity, understanding and exploration of emotions, and connection with self and others.

Because of the importance of this foundational activity, we’ve chosen this series to highlight elements of play that can be integrated in accordance with your values and to foster connecting moments. Informed by child-centered play therapy, these strategies are here for you to use when you are invited into your child’s world during play.
02
Mindfulness Series
There are many ways to bring mindfulness to your days and to practice this skill with your family. This series is about showcasing ways to move into mindful practices with flexibility.
03
Childhood Series
Parenting is hard work and we carry a lot of pressure to get it “right”. This series is about celebrating the more authentic moments of connection that adult children remember and appreciate.
04
Values & Vulnerability Series
We created this beautiful series to help model the practice of holding complex feelings and moving towards vulnerability when it feels meaningful to do so. An important component of self-compassion practices is the understanding of our shared humanity. We are not alone in our experiences and our suffering, and we can seek the support we need.

This series offers examples of language and experiences that can be shared in range of parenting topics. The aim of this series is to promote a practice of honoring our humanity by making space for what we’ve experienced. These examples are not exhaustive, but may serve as models to move into sharing.
